Pokémon’s Diamond and Pearl remakes have been updated to version 1.1.2

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl on the Nintendo Switch have now been updated to version 1.1.2.

According to the patch notes, it fixes some issues that would prevent players from advancing under certain circumstances, and it fixes several other issues as well for a “more enjoyable gaming experience.” Here are the full patch notes courtesy of Nintendo’s official support site:

Ver. 1.1.2 (December 1, 2021)

– Fixed some issues that prevented the game from progressing under certain circumstances.

– Fixed some issues for a more pleasant gameplay as well.

There have also been reports of clone and duplication errors in the past few weeks, and it appears that this latest patch has fixed some of these exploits. If you buy any of the games in physical form, you can avoid this latest update while your Nintendo Switch is offline.

BDSP Ver. 1.1.2 fixes the menu bug and the clone bug of Pokémon Nursery. DO NOT UPDATE if you are interested in cloning.
