Vindman said when asked by CNN’s Jim Acosta whether Trump should be summoned:
Absolutely. And now I have the privilege to say that because I am not one Lawyer doesn’t have to understand all difficulties but on the same note that President should be fetched Righteousness, he is not above the law. I felt that was the case when I did reported from a president Wrongdoing and presidents Abuse of power. And when it is before that Commission, then he should suffer the consequences.
The problem is he doesn’t have it suffered the consequences. He didn’t suffer that Consequences of abuse of Power in the first impeachment. Covid poorly managed try steal a choice in that Future. And also in the second – and after the uprising he was not held accountable.
What is stopping him? continue to behave as the future authoritarian leader tries republican state lure Governments from the introduction Legislation that allows them to overthrow the will of the people this voice in one direction? We need accountability. It’s an open wound. It doesn’t work without accountability move forward.
America has a gaping wound that won’t heal until justice is done to Trump
The reason President Biden couldn’t snap his fingers and move America forward is because the vast majority of the nation is holding Trump accountable. It doesn’t matter whether this accountability takes place in a courtroom in New York, Georgia or Washington, DC.
The nation will not be able to heal and move forward until Trump stands before a jury of his colleagues.
Lieutenant Colonel Vindman was right. Donald Trump must be brought to justice for his crimes.
