Trump supports medals

“Derrick Van Orden is running for Congress in the 3rd District of Wisconsin. Derrick is a former Navy SEAL senior chief who valiantly served and defended our country, ”wrote Trump.

“He strongly supports our military, our veterans and our law enforcement agencies and will always fight for Safe Borders, the Second Amendment and our incredible farmers,” Trump continued. “Derrick has my full and complete approval!”

Van Orden thanked Trump for this confirmation on Twitter after it was received.

“President Trump inspired millions of Americans by reminding us that this is the greatest nation in the world and worth serving. He carried the 3rd district in 2016 and with an even bigger lead in 2020, ”wrote Van Orden. “I am incredibly proud to have his support for my congress.”

Ron Kind announced his resignation earlier this week, which dealt a crushing blow to the Democrats, who have a slim majority in the House of Representatives.

“I ran out of gas,” said Kind to reporters, according to Politico. “For 26 years I have had to face a serious job evaluation every two years.”

Van Orden responded by saying the child’s resignation “is an indication of what I hear every day as I travel through the 3rd District: Wisconsinites want a change.”

House spokeswoman Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) made it very clear that she is not happy that Van Orden is retiring.

“If Congressman Child retires at the end of this term, Wisconsin and America will lose an official in Congress who has decades of dedication to delivering results for the people,” she said in a statement.

Kind of dissatisfied with the policy

Kind had hinted at the beginning of summer that this could possibly come when he said that he “still loves work” but “it just got angry and so polarized”.

“If two-thirds of your colleagues across the aisle walk in hours after the riot and vote to overturn the election result, what’s going on?” He added.
