Random: Sakurai celebrates Bethesda’s 35th anniversary with a timely meme

Yesterday, Bethesda Softworks celebrated its 35th anniversary after it was founded on June 28, 1986. Today, of course, Bethesda is known worldwide as the studio behind top series like The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, DOOM and many more.

To celebrate the occasion, Masahiro Sakurai, director of the Super Smash Bros. series, used social media to share the latest of his daily Smash screenshots. Of course, this one had a Bethesda twist and featured the newly revealed Dragonborn Mii costume that will be available later today.

In a follow-up tweet, Smash’s captain Bethesda wishes all the best for the anniversary:
