Stock futures are rising higher, with markets opening for trading on Monday after a bumpy ride last week. Here’s what we’re watching before the bell.
- Futures pegged to the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 0.7% in a troubled trading session early Monday. Contracts pegged to the S&P 500 rose 0.5% on Monday, while Nasdaq 100 futures rose 0.2%.
- Asian markets are largely bearish, led by the 3.3% decline in the Nikkei, but European stocks are rising. The price of gold has increased while the bitcoin has decreased by 9%.
- The Roth Virtual London Conference, hosted by Roth Capital Partners, starts on Monday. Participants include Plug Power, eGain and SunRun.
