Mitch McConnell blames Biden for his efforts to sabotage the infrastructure

Senate minority leader Mitch McConnell shared a tale of suffering in the Senate when he tried to blame President Biden for not falling for his infrastructure sabotage.

McConnell says he was disappointed to learn that President Biden has cut off infrastructure negotiations

Senator McConnell alleged that Biden left the Republicans at the negotiating table because he refused to abandon his promises to the left wing of the Democratic Party. McConnell’s story ignores the fact that Republicans never made a serious offer on infrastructure and refused to collect taxes on the rich and corporations to pay for infrastructure spending.

As former MP David Jolly put it, McConnell and McCarthy never intended to compromise on infrastructure with President Biden:

Former GOP Congressman David Jolly says Biden and the Democrats in Congress continue to be taught the daily lesson that “There is no bipartisan collaboration with Republicans in Congress. This is not going to happen.”

Joe Biden left because Republicans weren’t serious about negotiating. The whole negotiation was a scam to see if Biden would drop his principles on a bill in the name of bipartisanism.

Biden wouldn’t sell the Democrats, so Mitch McConnell tries to blame the president for his attempted sabotage of the law.

The president has trumped McConnell so the minority leader can only cook something for Fox News.

McConnell tries to twist the reality that Joe Biden captured and won.
